To most she was an ordinary bloom,
A rather pale orchid was she.
White offset cheeks and a laryngeal nose
Covered by a jaunty cap with plume.
Just a plain flower on a brick wall.
Practically no one noticed her at all
Till came Janet with Gaussian Wand.
Now that bloom is the Belle of the Ball.
